If you would like to discuss leaving a legacy gift further, please contact Sue van Schreven or one of the team. We'd also love to connect with you if you have already included Orphans Aid International in your will and haven’t let us know yet.
It is important to discuss options and specific wording with your legal advisor to ensure your will reflects your wishes clearly.
A bequest to Orphans Aid was made by Joy Smith (1924-2015). Joy was known and loved by many for her years of dedicated missionary service to India, particularly in the state of Tripura.
Joy was an avid supporter of the work of Orphans Aid with a keen interest in India, Russia and other places. She told us she was blessed by having the opportunity to support these children from other countries. Joy would often phone our office to encourage us in our work and to cheer us on.
We would like to honour Joy for her wonderful example and generosity towards our work.
