It's a weekend of firsts for us. We're at Festival One in Hamilton for the first time! We're launching our very own coffee subscription "Coffee dispatch" and we've just received a new intake of "at risk" families to the Imuka family strengthening programme in Uganda.
PLUS we've seen our first adoption in 2017 from one of the long term children in our care at Casa Kiwi Romania.
Our booth at Festival One in Hamilton features a replica Ugandan shop, similar to what was Barbara's home, she is pictured above. She lived in this small hut with her 4 children including a disabled son. With the help of the Imuka team she was able to see her situation turned around. Her home became a small shop and she was able to provide for her family and break the cycle of poverty. She now is also helping other families in a similar situation in her village. This week another 10 families also facing overwhelming hardships in Uganda have joined the programme, life changing for sure. During this weekend we would love to see our Imuka project fully funded, to do so we only need another 90 regular sponsors at $40 per month. Could you help us with a regular gift to enable families to be strengthened in Uganda? Please connect with us via this email or click on the link above we would love to hear from you.
Don't forget our regular coffee subscription is launched this Auckland anniversary weekend.
It will ensure you receive only our freshest organic coffee, plus exclusive offers. Available as a gift subscription or a regular coffee order.
All the time fundraising for our Imuka project. Check it out here.
I am looking forward to connecting with many of you over this time. Have a great weekend and thank you for your incredible support!
